Immediately after any player is removed from the game (voted out, med evac, quit), you get 1 point for every winner still in the game, and you lose 1 point for every loser still in the game.
After final tribal, 3rd place will be treated as removed from the game followed by 2nd place removed from the game for scoring purposes.
